What is the inflation rate for July 2024, and what percentage is it? FCHAIN Türkiye Office Informs

The inflation rate for July was announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK). The figures for consumer inflation (TÜFE) and producer inflation (Yİ-ÜFE) were revealed. TÜFE was reported to have increased by 61.78% year-on-year and 3.23% month-on-month.

The Consumer Price Index (TÜFE) increased by 61.78% annually and 3.23% monthly.

In July 2024, the change in TÜFE (2003=100) was 3.23% compared to the previous month, 28.76% compared to December of the previous year, 61.78% compared to the same month of the previous year, and 65.93% based on twelve-month averages.

The Domestic Producer Price Index (Yİ-ÜFE) increased by 41.37% annually and 1.94% monthly. In July 2024, Yİ-ÜFE (2003=100) showed an increase of 1.94% compared to the previous month, 21.81% compared to December of the previous year, 41.37% compared to the same month of the previous year, and 47.55% based on twelve-month averages.

According to TÜİK’s statement, the Consumer Price Index (TÜFE) increased by 71.60% annually and 1.64% monthly. The Domestic Producer Price Index (Yİ-ÜFE) increased by 50.09% annually and 1.38% monthly.
