On October 31, the “Dispute resolution, judicial system and rule of law” working group of the Commission for Business Environment and International Ratings, led by the Ministry of Justice, held a wide-ranging meeting with representatives of business entities, legal and consulting companies, and business associations.
The meeting was attended by the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings, the employees of the Ministry of Justice, the Mediation Branch and the Baku Court of Appeal, as well as invited representatives of the private sector. Financial Chain Corporation was represented at the meeting by Namig Gadirov, FCHAIN General Director and Valid Huseynov, FCHAIN Deputy General Director.
The steps taken by the working group in resolving disputes and improving the business environment was announced, the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs, the reforms and innovations they want to see in the work of the working group were heard, and their questions were responded at the meeting.
