January 3–6, 2023, have been announced as holidays in Georgia, according to a decree signed by Irakli Gharibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia.
The holidays will apply to employees working in the administrative bodies under the General Administrative Code of Georgia. However, it will not apply to bodies and employees whose functions are critical to the state and society, and financial obligations that are subject to the execution of activities under the country’s Law on State Procurement.
The government administration has already disseminated the information to the public.
