Poland’s Minimum Wage Set to Rise in 2026 - FCHAIN

The Polish government has announced a new minimum wage effective from January 1, 2026. According to the latest regulation, the gross monthly minimum wage will rise to PLN 4,806 (approximately €1,130), and the gross hourly rate will be PLN 31.40 .

This increase represents a 3% rise compared to the previous year. While moderate, it will directly impact over 3 million employees in Poland and affect various benefits, insurance contributions, and pension schemes .

For employers, especially SMEs, this adjustment may lead to higher labor costs. It’s advisable for companies to review their budgets and consider potential adjustments in their compensation policies.
