Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed decree No.915 on announcing a moratorium on checking the activities of business entities (with the exception of inspections of tax authorities).
The purpose of the decree is the strengthening of the state support of business entities, the creation of favorable conditions for attracting investments, the production of jobs, and the reduction of inspections. The moratorium will last until January 1, 2027.
The provisions of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be suspended during the moratorium on inspections under the law.
