KAZAKHSTAN: Changes in the rules for entering labor contracts on ENBEK.KZ portal from December 19, 2021
Law on mandatory registration of labor contracts came into force in May, 2020 in Kazakhstan. Thus, all Employers had to register labor contracts on enbek.kz portal. However, Rules on registration of labor contract were developed and implemented later, in September 2020. Now we would like to share news on changes in rules, which will come into force from 19th of December, 2021
Amendments have been developed and implemented to the order, dated September 3, 2020 No. 353 “On approval of the Rules for submitting and obtaining information about an employment contract in a unified system for recording employment contracts”
It is excluded the introduction of additional information such as:
- grounds for termination of the employment contract;
- military duty;
At the same time, new mandatory data appeared for registering a new employment contract:
- Working hours;
- Maternity leave
In case of labor contract extension, Employer has to register such information during 15 working days. If any violations on registration are determined by Tax or Labor state bodies, such violation have to be fixed during 30 working days.
