The management team of FCHAIN participates in the five-day training, where the trainer is Jeyhun Mammadbayli, experienced PMI Mentor with extensive background in project management.
The main goal of the training is to improve theoretical and practical knowledge about the basics of project management and ways of implementation.
During the five-day training, FCHAIN managers will get detailed information about the secrets of successful project management, details and risks of the process, and will hold a broad exchange of views on real management.
