On October 14, 2026, the “Economic Skills and Career Day” Festival took place in Baku. The event was organized by the Young Accountants Public Union with financial support from the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) was represented at the event by Valid Huseynov, Deputy General Director, Leyla Arif, PR Manager, Aynur Sadigova, HR Manager and Fidan Sadikhova, Global HR Strategy Manager.
The festival focused on the finance and accounting sector, helping young people strengthen their professional skills and explore educational and career opportunities.
During one of the panel discussions, FCHAIN’s HR Manager, Aynur Sadigova, spoke on the topic “The Accountant of the Future.” The discussion explored the preparation of future accounting professionals and career development opportunities in the field.
An interactive Q&A session gave participants the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills, with outstanding participants receiving special prizes. Attendees also learned about current vacancies and professional development opportunities.
