Dispute Resolution and Judicial System Development

Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) General Director Namig Gadirov and Deputy General Director Valid Huseynov participated in the forum on “Dispute Resolution and Judicial System Development” with the participation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Justice and the State Tax Service.

The forum served as a significant platform for dialogue between public institutions and private sector representatives, aiming to identify and address pressing legal and judicial challenges facing businesses.

During the discussions, particular emphasis was placed on the issue of receivables—an area recognized as one of the most critical and widespread problems encountered by entrepreneurs, including FCHAIN and its clients. In this context, FCHAIN’s management presented several practical proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of debt recovery mechanisms and strengthening legal protections for businesses.

Deputy Minister of Justice Toghrul Huseynov responded to the concerns by expressing his commitment to resolving the matter. He personally took the issue under his supervision and instructed the relevant divisions of the Enforcement Service to take immediate and concrete steps toward addressing the proposed solutions.

The forum concluded with a mutual understanding of the need for continued collaboration between the public and private sectors to support the development of a fair, efficient, and transparent judicial framework that facilitates business growth and investment.
