Changes have been made to state services for registration, re-registration of legal entities and branches in Kazakhstan
By order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2021 No. 884, amendments were made to the order of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2020 No. 66 “On approval of the rules for the provision of public services in the field of state registration of legal entities and the registration of branches and representative offices.”
The changes affected:
- the order of consideration of documents;
- refusal to accept documents;
- appeals against decisions, actions (inaction) of the service provider and (or) their employees on the provision of public services.
The order comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication on October 21, 2021
