On October 19, 2025, at 10:00, the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation, Baku Marathon Club and Zafar Running Club organized a 5 km “Golden Autumn” Running Festival in memory of the USSR Master of Sports, Honored Coach with the Progress Medal, Sadig Sadigov, in Baku Seaside National Park on the occasion of his 71st anniversary.
Participants started in front of Deniz Mall and ran towards the Water Sports Palace. Athletes in both general and master categories were awarded prizes, and all finishers received commemorative medals and joined a fun lottery.
