As was informed the management team of FCHAIN participated in the five-day training, by the trainer Jeyhun Mammadbayli, experienced PMI Mentor with extensive background in project management.
The main goal of the training was to improve theoretical and practical knowledge about the basics of project management and ways of implementation.
During the five-day training, FCHAIN managers got detailed information about the secrets of successful project management, details and risks of the process, and held a broad exchange of views on real management and project implementation process.
Zaur Gadirov, Managing Partner of FCHAIN and Valid Huseynov, Deputy General Director of the Company, also participated in the training and shared their views on business management, clarified the managers’ questions about the basics of successful business.
At the end of the five-day training the FCHAIN leadership and managers were presented Certificate of Completion “Basics of Project Management” Course.
