The Moratorium on Checking the Activities of Business Entities in Tajikistan

Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed executive order No.362 on 16.03.2022, announcing a moratorium on checking the activities of business entities.

The purpose of the decree is the strengthening of the state support of business entities, the creation of favourable conditions for attracting investments, the production of jobs, and the reduction of inspections. The moratorium will last until January 1, 2023.

Adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Moratorium” for checking the activities of business entities is provided by the Decree.

The provisions of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be suspended during the moratorium on inspections under the law.
