The financial administration publishes the form of request and the mobile application for the compensation bonus - FCHAIN

The Financial Administration published templates for the compensation bonus, instructions for filling in the requests and a web application through which the request can be easily filled in and submitted. Basic information and frequently asked questions and answers are available on the Financial Administration website for the compensation bonus. However, it is still true that the Financial Administration recommends to bonus applicants that requests for the compensation bonus for the bonus period 22 November – 31 December 2021 be submitted no earlier than 1 January 2022.

In the case of previously submitted requested, there is a risk that such submitted requests will show certain defects (e.g. that the applications will be incomplete) or that the facts will not clearly prove the entitlement to the compensation bonus.

The compensation bonus will allow entrepreneurs to apply for a contribution of up to CZK 1,000, resp. CZK 500, daily within two bonus periods. For the first bonus period (November 22 – December 31, 2021) the compared period is December 2021, for the second bonus period (January 1 – January 31, 2022) January 2022. In practice, this means that only after the end During these months, it will be possible to make a statutory comparison of income and find out whether the legal conditions for entitlement to the compensation bonus are met. For the first bonus period, it will not be possible to make a comparison before 1 January 2022.
