Rules for registration and re-registration of legal entities, branches and representative offices have been changed in Kazakhstan
The law was amended in terms of registration, re-registration, and amendments and additions to the constituent documents:
- online registration is restricted for political parties and religious associations;
- registration of changes and additions to the constituent documents of a legal entity, with the exception of political parties and religious associations, is carried out on the basis of an electronic application submitted through the “electronic government” web portal, as well as other informatization objects in the manner determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- changes and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) are made automatically on the basis of an electronic notification regarding change of location of a legal entity, transfer of a share of the authorized capital to trust management, increase in the authorized capital of business partnerships;
- changing the location of a legal entity is now carried out with the consent of the owner of immovable property through an electronic digital signature
Changes come into force on July 26, 2022.
