Round table "Creation of the legal basis of the labor function in the form of remote work"

At the round table organized by the Young Accountants Public Union at the Fairmont Baku Flame Towers, “Creation of the legal basis of the labor function in the form of remote work” was the subject of extensive discussion. Financial Chain Corporation’s Deputy General Director Valid Huseynov and Public Relations Manager Gunel Musa participated in the round table.

Thus, the main goal of the case is to add provisions related to the application of the concept of remote work in the Labor Code.

Valid Huseynov, FCHAIN’s Deputy General Director emphasized the importance of the round table held by the “State-Private Sector-NGO Cooperation” platform and drew attention to the negative and positive aspects of remote work.

 “One of the main issues in the globalized and electronic world is cyber security. Risk factors for the commercial secret of remote work and the security of personal data of companies should be taken into account,” Valid Huseynov underlined.

At the round table held with the participation of representatives of all 3 sectors, discussions were held on relevant issues, proposals were put forward in the field of solving existing problems, ideas were voiced for the improvement of the intersectoral normative-legal base.
