Reporting Requirements in Tajikistan: Ensuring Timely Compliance

  4. Form 1 – Trading: Submission due by the 3rd of each month.
  5. Form 3 – Trading: Submission due by the 12th of each month.
  6. Form 4 – Provision of Fuel: Submission due by the 5th of each month.

Quarterly Reports:

  1. Form 1 – Labor: Submission before the 10th day of the reporting month.

Tax Reporting in Tajikistan:

Single Tax:

  3. Application for Registration of Social Tax on a Farm Without Formation of a Legal Entity: Submission until the 15th.

Excise Taxes:

  1. Excise Tax Declaration: Submission until the 15th.
  2. Excise Tax Declaration of the Communications Industry: Submission until the 15th.

Simplified System, Natural Resources Tax, Declaration of Property Taxes, and Mandatory Payments: Submission until the 15th.

Sales Tax:

  1. Tax Return on Sales of Cotton Fiber and Primary Aluminum: Submission until the 15th.
  2. Sales Tax Return (Customs Processing Regime): Submission until the 15th.

Monthly Reports to the National Bank of Tajikistan on External Financial Transactions:

Statistical Reporting Form No. 1 – Financial Transactions “External financial transactions of subjects of foreign economic activity” should be submitted by the 2nd of each month.
