The company was established under the name “Caspian Accounting and Consulting Services” by Mr. Namig Gadirov on November 1, 2002, in Baku (Azerbaijan). Thanks to the dynamic growth of our staff’s professionalism, FCHAIN Corporation gained the opportunity to expand its partner business. At present, there are 13 offices operating in different countries, and this number is increasing with every passing year.

2012 – Caspian Accounting and Consulting Services hit its 10-year anniversary. The company’s staff grew, and there were 25 employees already. It was cooperating with a number of companies, such as Bakcell, DOPPELMAYR SEILBAHNEN GMBH in Azerbaijan, Microsoft Azerbaijan LLC, NOKIA, Hewlett-Packard International B.V. in Azerbaijan, The European Union Delegation, ABDI Ibrahim in Azerbaijan, S.M.A.P.E. SRL Societa M.P.L.A.P Ed E. in Azerbaijan, STRABAG, GS Engineerinf&Construction in Azerbaijan, EhrmannLLC, FUJITSU, Technology Solutions GmbH for Middle Asia and the Caucasus,  SIEMENS, Heerim architects&Planners Co in Azerbaijan, ZTE Corporation in Azerbaijan, and other foreign and local companies. And it was the start of the elaboration of the strategic plan for the company’s development, which included the entry into the world market.

In 2013 the Company was acknowledged as the best outsourcing company in Azerbaijan with the ceremonies of “Azeri Business Award”.

• Caspian Accounting and Consulting Services started to expand its business and opened to foreign countries.
• CACS opened a branch in Prague (The Czech Republic) at the address: Olsabska 4, Praha 3. The size of the office, i.e. only 2 square meters did not prevent establishing a good client base and attracting a lot of big companies, thus the company gained good practice which led to the launch of further branches where CACS was 100% constitutor.
• An office was launched in the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow when 40% of the joint stock capital belonged to FCHAİN, and 60% to the partner. In 2020 having bought all shares, FCHAIN became the sole shareholder.

Financial Chain Corporation launched its branch in Georgia (Tbilisi) at the end of 2015. Having successfully started its cooperation in the domestic market with local companies, the Tbilisi affiliate confidently entered the foreign business market and began to render first-class outsourcing services.

Over the years of its existence, the Tbilisi branch of FCHAIN Corporation has established itself as a professional team owing to the timely and proper performance by employees of assumed tasks and their duties, of any types of specialized consulting and outsourcing services.

Agile at working and developing extremely fast, in 2016 Financial Chain Corporation established a new branch office in Central Europe, the Ukrainian affiliate in Kyiv.

FCHAIN Corporation has all the necessary permits and certificates of conformity to operate as a professional business and management consultant in Ukraine.

The Kyiv branch provides its clients with the opportunity for gaining benefits from cooperation with FCHAIN Corporation – to overcome language and cultural barriers, and with these facilities to save time and money. In 2018, FCHAIN Corporation has started the implementation of an outsourcing project in the field of accounting, human resources, and law in Almaty city, Kazakhstan.

In the same year, Financial Chain Corporation Czech Republic celebrated its 5th anniversary.

FCHAIN branch in the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek) was launched in 2020. Nowadays, it is an office of qualified professionals with deep knowledge and skills, international practice of consulting, and outsourcing services in different industrial sectors. Since the establishment of the regional department in Kyrgyzstan, it has implemented many successful projects in various business areas.

FCHAIN Corporation opened a subsidiary office in Singapore in 2020. It brings to its work flexible strategy and planning to make sure successful and steady functioning of the clients’ business, responsibly treating all types of outsourcing services provided. The Istanbul branch of Financial FCHAIN Corporation was opened in 2021. Despite being new, it provides a wide range and high quality of required services to branches of entrepreneurial activity in Turkey. The office hires specialists from each area of consulting, capable of doing work of any complexity, and possessing sufficient knowledge, abilities, and skills for professional performance of duties.

• The Maltese office commenced its functioning as another affiliate of Financial Chain Corporation in 2022. The branch provides qualified outsourcing services to client companies in various business fields. Now clients can concentrate on their main priorities and skip dealing with time-consuming formalities, as FCHAIN experienced lawyers, accountants, and tax professionals are ready to extend the appropriate assistance and make sure smooth economic growth.
• Another affiliate of the Financial Chain Corporation became the Minsk branch (Belarus), which was opened in 2022. The office with a professional team started to operate and successfully entered the country’s outsourcing market.
• The Dushanbe regional office of Financial Chain Corporation began functioning in 2022 and entered the outsourcing market, providing high-quality services to local firms and individuals. The branch has proved itself to be an expedient and reliable partner, performing all kinds of client companies’ tasks professionally and guaranteeing compliance with all effective legislative norms in the country.
