The Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan revised the size of the quota for foreign labor force for labor activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025 as a percentage of the number of the labor force:
- on permits issued by the local executive body to the employer in the amount of 0.2% (in 2024 it was 0.23%);
- on hiring labor immigrants in the amount of 3% (in 2024 it was 3.1%).
From January 1, 2025, other changes in the rules for attracting labor force in the Republic of Kazakhstan are planned. Stay tuned with FChain Kazakhstan.
