On December 21, 2024 Kazakhstan officially joined the International Association of Bankruptcy Regulators, FChain Kazakhstan reports with reference to the press-service of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The International Association of Bankruptcy Regulators is a unique platform for the exchange of experience and best global practices in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy). The Association unites more than 33 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, PRC, UAE, Finland, Poland, New Zealand, Australia and other developed countries.
Joining this Association opens new horizons for Kazakhstan to study the best international practices and create mutually beneficial cooperation with various jurisdictions dealing with bankruptcy issues.
