KAZAKHSTAN: Increase of temporary disability benefits

Government Decree of December 28, 2015 No. 1103 will be canceled due to the transfer of regulating norms of Government in area of labor activities to the Labor Code.

One of expected changes in updated Labor Code is that maximum amount of sick leave remuneration will be increased to 25 MCI per month or 86 250 tenge.

This change will be effective from 1^st of July 2023. Before 1^st of July sick leave remuneration is 15 MCI or 51750 tenge
