The Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduces new norms of state control and supervision in the sphere of support of private business entities.
The Entrepreneurship Code is supplemented by Article 85-1 “State control in the field of support and protection of business entities”, which provides for control over state bodies with regard to compliance with the procedure for exercising control and supervisory functions in the field of entrepreneurship.
Another new Article 85-2 “Order of implementation of state control in the field of protection of business entities” provides for periodic inspections according to a semi-annual plan, which will be posted on the Internet resource of the authorized body no later than December 20 of the year preceding the year of inspection and June 20 of the current calendar year.
The law takes effect on June 8, 2024.
