On February 15th, the Green Economy Forum 2024 “Opportunities for Fostering Entrepreneurship” took place at the Hyatt Regency in Tajikistan. The forum was organized jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, supported by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), and Accelerate Prosperity Tajikistan.
The event featured speakers, startup presentations, and panel discussions focused on “green” business solutions, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and the development of a national strategy for a green economy, environmental improvement, and digitalization.
FCHAIN Corporation was represented at the forum by the Country Manager of Tajikistan, Nodira Kalonova, and accountant Marifat Abdurahmonova.
