Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) took an active role in supporting youth development through its participation in the EYP Azerbaijan Financial Summit, held on 15–18 January at the Azerbaijan–French University. The event created a strong platform for dialogue between young people and industry professionals, focusing on career development, professional awareness, and real market perspectives.
As a key partner of the summit, FChain contributed through expert participation, knowledge sharing, and direct engagement with young attendees. Company representatives from the Accounting and HRP departments delivered thematic sessions aimed at helping young people better understand career opportunities and professional growth in the financial sector.
Emil Nazarov (CFE, ACCA, FAFIC), Accounting Manager at FChain, shared practical insights into the accounting profession, the skills required in the modern financial environment, and realistic career pathways for young specialists entering the field.
From the HR perspective, Fidan Sadikhova led a session on “Company Culture and Values,” emphasizing the role of corporate culture in building sustainable careers, while Aynur Sadigova delivered a talk on “Career Planning and Personal Development,” addressing personal growth strategies, professional self-development, and long-term career vision. Both sessions included interactive discussions and Q&A segments, allowing participants to engage directly and receive guidance on their individual career questions.
FChain’s Deputy General Manager, Valid Huseynov, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony, underlining the company’s commitment to supporting young people, encouraging their ambitions, and wishing them success in their future professional paths.
