FCHAIN took a part in Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine

All European countries, including Malta, organize a refugee admission, accommodation and relief programme for the initial adaptation of displaced people to provide them with relief.

Giving campaign for humanitarian aid in Ukraine is carried out by volunteers under the patronage of the Maltese top officials and the personal direction of John Debono, Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Malta to Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan is actively being realized in Malta. The Embassy of Malta to the mentioned states, and Honorary Consulate of Ukraine to Malta, representatives of the Ukrainian Diaspora and volunteers from different countries have done a huge amount of work in collecting, sorting and packing products for aid to Ukrainian refugees.

Miriam Vella, the First Lady of the Republic of Malta, honoured everybody with her presence and took part in the shipment of the first batch of humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Attending the event, Ian Borg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malta talked to the representatives of Ukrainian Embassy to Malta and the Ukrainian Diaspora. Mr. Debono gave information about the long-term support activities of the Maltese Embassy and contribution of volunteers and activists, especially the sponsorship provided by FCHAIN with humanitarian activities. On April 24, 2022 FCHAIN Malta made a modest contribution to the noble mission by sponsoring the shipment of one of the batches of humanitarian assistance to the hub in Verona (Italy).

Financial Chain Corporation took an active part in the sponsorship of the second batch of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine on May 5, 2022 as well.

Representatives of mass media gave a wide coverage of the humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
