Fidan Sadikova, Strategy Human Resources Manager and Gunel Musa, Public Relations Manager of Financial Chain Corporation attended Work-Life Balance and Mindfulness Meditation Workshop by Franklin Covey Azerbaijan. At the networking breakfast speaking about the importance of work-life balance and mindfulness, Facilitator and Mindfulness Trainer Deniz Zeynep Akgiray explained that mindfulness is “being conscious of something”, it is “focusing your attention on the present moment”.
Fidan Sadikova, Strategy Human Resources Manager of Financial Chain Corporation shared: “The best thing we can do against our anxieties, worries, sadness and fears is to release them. When we stop dealing with them and release them, the negative effects of these emotions on us will begin to disappear. Trying to control our thoughts and emotions is like trying to block the waves in the sea, we are unlikely to be able to do it. Just leave them alone and open the door to mindfulness”.
After fruitful and interesting networking the workshop attendees did mindfulness meditation.
