FCHAIN Participates in National Business Development Forum on Improving Communal Infrastructure

Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) actively participated in the National Business Development Forum focused on “Improving Communal Infrastructure”, held in Baku by Caspian Energy Club. This key forum gathered representatives from Azerbaijan’s leading energy and utility organizations — AZERENERJI, AZERISHIQ, AZERIGAS, and ADSEA — alongside private sector leaders to exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration on modernizing communal infrastructure.

The FCHAIN delegation was led by Zaur Gadirov, Managing Partner, and included Valid Huseynov, Deputy General Director, and Gunel Musa, Global PR Manager.

During the panel meeting, Zaur Gadirov and Valid Huseynov actively contributed to the discussions by posing insightful questions and sharing their professional opinions on advancing public-private cooperation, enhancing digitalization across infrastructure projects, and implementing international best practices in utility management. Their input highlighted FCHAIN’s commitment to fostering sustainable development and promoting innovation in national infrastructure strategy.

“Engaging in dialogue with state utilities and contributing to the shaping of future policies is an essential step toward achieving long-term improvements in infrastructure,” said Zaur Gadirov, FCHAIN Managing Partner. “We are pleased to support these efforts with our expertise and global perspective.”

The forum served as a platform to explore forward-looking solutions for Azerbaijan’s infrastructure challenges and reinforce the importance of integrated collaboration between government and business sectors.
