Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) is an international consulting company that provides accounting, legal, human resources and other services to clients in various countries. FCHAIN’s branch in Georgia was opened in 2015 and since then, under the leadership of Ella Lekishvili, it has been actively offering unique services to local and international clients.

Along with accounting, one of FCHAIN’s most popular and main products is EOR (Employer of Record) – a type of remote employment, when specialists are officially hired by an external service company. This service remains a unique service in Georgia not only in 2015, but even today, and it can be safely said that FCHAIN occupies a leading position in the market in this direction.

“In 2015, the so-called outsourcing was less popular in Georgia and we often had to explain its essence to clients, this applies to both accounting and HR. Clients could not imagine having an accountant or HR manager remotely. In this regard, we have really put a lot of effort into changing the customer’s worldview and we are glad that now almost everyone understands the benefits of outsourcing and entrusts their work to other companies,” Ella Lekishvili explains in a conversation with Entrepreneur.

The director of Financial Chain Corporation Georgia notes that the main challenge when the company appeared on the Georgian market was technology. At that time, there was no relevant software in Georgia (for example, HR software) that would be tailored to the company’s needs. “At FCHAIN, we had to do a lot of things manually or work in foreign programs. Now, there are already companies in Georgia that write excellent programs and with whom we have close cooperation. In this regard, we save the most valuable resource – time,” the respondent says.

For Ella Lekishvili, an entrepreneur is someone who is not afraid of challenges, takes risks and tries to bring innovations to the market. It is thanks to such people that a successful and interesting business climate is created. Based on many years of independent business activity and international experience, the director of FCHAIN advises those people who want to create something valuable, but for certain reasons refrain from doing so: “First of all, I would like to urge them to dare to take the first step. Often the most difficult thing is taking the first steps, and this is logical, because it is accompanied by the fear of failure, but as soon as they overcome this fear, they will realize how many opportunities are opening up before them. Professionalism and determination will definitely yield the desired result.”

As for the future development plan and perspective, in 2025, Financial Chain Corporation will open branches in three more countries, which will further expand the company’s portfolio and the number of partners. The Georgian branch will actively continue to offer individual, customized services to clients, including: in the direction of integrating artificial intelligence systems.

“We are planning a number of promotions in the near future. For example, now, in March, we have an accounting service promotion for female entrepreneurs – “First month completely free”. With this, we want to promote the involvement of women in their own businesses and the country’s economy.

At the same time, we always remember our team and try our best to create a calm and interesting working environment for them. Whether we conduct various trainings or workshops, it is precisely thanks to our team that our satisfied customers who entrust us with their finances are ours.
