FCHAIN was proud to participate in the XVI Career Fair, jointly organized by the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of UNEC. The event served as a valuable platform for connecting students, graduates, and employers, promoting dialogue around career opportunities and future workforce development.
FCHAIN’s delegation was led by Valid Huseynov, Deputy General Director, and included Fidan Sadikhova, Global Strategy HR Manager, Gunel Musa, Global PR Manager, Leyla Gulami, Graphic Designer, and Aida Musayeva, Office Manager. The team represented FCHAIN’s dynamic, multinational presence and introduced visitors to a range of career paths across accounting and finance.
FCHAIN’s stand drew significant attention from both students and key figures in the academic and government sectors. The company had the honor of hosting Vusal Nasirli, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and Adalet Muradov, Rector of UNEC. These visits highlighted the importance of public-private collaboration in enhancing youth employment and creating sustainable career ecosystems.
Throughout the fair, FCHAIN representatives engaged with dozens of young talents, sharing insights about the company’s global projects, inclusive corporate culture, and professional development programs. Attendees were particularly interested in internship opportunities and the chance to contribute to international projects.
