Azerbaijan National Olympic Team finished the Paris Olympics with 7 medals – 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze.

The team’s judokas Hidayat Heydarov and Zelim Kotsoyev won the final match and became the winners of the Paris Olympics. Taekwondo player Gashim Magomedov lost the decisive match due to injury and won the silver medal of the Olympics, while Greco-Roman wrestler Hasrat Jafarov finished the Paris Olympics with a bronze medal.

The Azerbaijan National Olympic Team, which won 7 medals at the Paris Olympics, ranked 30th for the type of medals and 33rd for the number of medals.
