The story of Johnson and Johnson started in 1886 when three brothers Robert, Edward and James started planning to establish a company and a year later in 1887 they officially founded the company in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the US. Lester’s speech gave him an idea of founding a company with a focus on sterile surgery.
