  • How long have you been working in FCHAIN?

I can say with pride that I have been working in FCHAIN for 16 years!

  • How did you progress within the company?

I believe that everything is clear regarding knowledge and productivity, as you can’t go anywhere without them. Also, want to note soft skills: like communication, teamwork, and adaptability, which are key points for leadership roles.

  • What skills did you develop that contributed to your success?

I developed several key skills that significantly contributed to my success: Effective Communication, Continuous Learning, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Problem- Solving, Negotiation Skills and others.

  • What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

For me, it’s mutual understanding with the management. I still overcome difficulties, because combining family and career for a woman, especially a mother of two children, is quite difficult.

  • Was there a specific turning point that led to your success?

No, it wasn’t like that. I dedicated a great deal of effort and overcame many obstacles along the way.

  • How do you stay motivated during difficult times?

Staying motivated during difficult times can be challenging.

There was a moment when my health condition was not cooperating, and I took a break to recover. I am very grateful to FCHAIN management for their support during that time. This has been incredibly valuable to me.

  • What project or task are you most proud of?

In summary, I can say that the entire financial department of the company was developed with my contributions and leadership.

  • How did your work impact the team or company?

The long-term impact of my work has helped establish processes that continue to benefit the company, ensuring sustained growth and efficiency.

  • What habits or traits do you believe contributed the most to your success?

The key qualities that have contributed to my success are teamwork, organizational skills, integrity and loyalty to the company.

  • How do you manage work-life balance while being successful?

I acknowledge that maintaining a work-life balance is not easy. I prioritize regular exercise, have taken courses for professional development, reserve weekends exclusively for my family, and am fully engaged in my work during office hours.
