The founders of the mentioned organization have a long history of practice in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors, and local and international organizations.
The priority of the organization is the practical establishment of methods, standards, and methods, and approaches, based on the best practice and experience for the development of organizational, institutional, and human development, which are achieved through the realization of high-quality programs, products, and services. The project “Promoting Internship and Learning Opportunities for Students” is supported by the USAID Economic Program.
The project aims at developing the practical skills of young people, promoting employment through internships, providing qualified and experienced human resources to different sectors, and developing a network between young people and employers.
The purpose of the memorandum is to prepare students to participate in the project, as well as to strengthen their field of competencies and develop their practical skills. The “Promoting Internship and Learning Opportunities for Students” aims at giving opportunities to students and graduates in the sectors of tourism, creative industry, light industry sector, intellectual services, etc.
ICDS provides help to the partner company to find the talent, as well as fully outsources the entire selection process that will lead to attracting high-potential young people and the talent to the internship program of the company. Besides, both parties aim at raising students’ qualifications, promoting their employment, and achieving other objectives under the memorandum.
