The Polish Government has officially set the minimum wage and minimum hourly rate for 2027.
According to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 14 September 2026, published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dz.U. 2026, poz. 1213), the following rates will apply from 1 January 2027:
🔹 Minimum monthly wage: PLN 4,950 gross
🔹 Minimum hourly rate: PLN 32.30 gross
The new rates represent an increase compared with the 2026 levels, when the minimum wage is PLN 4,806 gross and the minimum hourly rate is PLN 31.40 gross.
What employers should note
Employers should review employment and civil-law contracts in advance and ensure that remuneration meets the new statutory minimums from 1 January 2027.
The regulation enters into force on 1 January 2027.
