15 Years with FCHAIN

The professional journey of an employee often reflects not only personal and career growth but also meaningful contributions to the company’s success and the ability to navigate challenges. Today, we feature the story of Tural Sultan-Ahmadi, Business Development Manager at Financial Chain Corporation, whose 15-year tenure exemplifies dedication, leadership, and continuous development within the organization.

Can you share how your career journey with FCHAIN began 15 years ago?
My journey with FCHAIN began in 2010 when I joined the company in search of opportunities for professional growth. At that time, FCHAIN had already established itself as a fast-growing company with strong values, and I immediately knew I wanted to be part of this team.

What was your first role, and how has it evolved over the years?
I began my career at the company as a Junior Specialist in the Business Development Department and as a Site Administrator. My role involved supporting senior colleagues and participating in small projects. Over time, my responsibilities expanded, and today I hold the position of Business Development Manager, overseeing the strategic development of the company in international markets.

What motivated you to stay with FCHAIN for 15 years?
The main factor behind my long journey with FCHAIN has been the combination of professional growth opportunities, support from management, and an inspiring corporate culture. I have always felt that my contributions are valued, and the company provides a platform to implement ideas and initiatives.

What are some of your proudest achievements during your time here?
One of my most significant achievements has been the successful expansion of FCHAIN’s operations. I am also proud of building strong relationships with key clients, which has contributed to strengthening the company’s reputation on an international level.

Can you share a memorable project or experience that had a big impact on you?
It’s hard to single out one specific project, as each has left its mark and contributed to my professional growth. Many projects stood out due to interesting challenges and unique opportunities, and with some, we continue to work and develop partnerships successfully. These projects taught me the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork in achieving common goals.

Have there been any challenges along the way? How did you overcome them?
Of course, throughout my career at FCHAIN, I’ve faced various challenges. One of them was managing projects effectively under multitasking conditions and maintaining client communication in a competitive environment. To overcome these difficulties, I focused on developing leadership and teamwork skills, improving client engagement strategies, and implementing thoughtful risk management approaches. Additionally, the ability to quickly adapt to market changes and find creative solutions in complex situations played a crucial role.

How has the company culture influenced your experience?
FCHAIN’s culture has always promoted open communication and the exchange of ideas. This has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The company encourages initiative and supports employees at all levels, creating a unique working atmosphere.

What do you enjoy most about working with your colleagues and teams?
What I value most is the team spirit and collaboration. At FCHAIN, we have a strong, united team where everyone is ready to support one another and share their expertise. This makes work not only productive but also inspiring.

What are the biggest lessons you’ve learned over the years?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. The business world is constantly changing, and the ability to respond quickly to changes and implement new approaches is key to success.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career here?
My advice to new employees is to be proactive and not afraid to take responsibility. At FCHAIN, ideas and the desire for growth are highly valued, so it’s important to show initiative and openness to new opportunities.

If you could go back 15 years, what career advice would you give your younger self?
I would advise myself not to fear change and to trust my instincts more. I would also emphasize the importance of building professional networks and developing interpersonal communication skills.

What are your goals for the future within the company?
My goals for the future include further developing FCHAIN’s international operations and implementing new innovative solutions to improve our services. I also aim to share my experience with young professionals and help them grow within the company.
