Happy Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

On October 25, 1990, Kazakhstan’s Supreme Soviet adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty, marking the beginning of the republic’s journey toward full independence. The declaration asserted the supremacy of Kazakhstan’s laws over Soviet Union laws and laid the groundwork for the country’s eventual independence. This was a pivotal moment in Kazakhstan’s history, as it allowed the country to control its own resources, culture, and governance.

In 2022, Kazakhstan reinstated October 25 as a national holiday after a period when it was no longer recognized as a public holiday. This revival underscores the importance of the 1990 declaration in Kazakhstan’s national consciousness.

May Kazakhstan continue to flourish, with peace, harmony, and success in every step forward!
