Cooperation with Immergas

We are pleased to announce our new cooperation with Azerbaijani representation of Immergas (Italy), one of the leading companies in the heating sector in Italy, Europe and the world. It started from July, 2022 aiming to satisfy our client by providing high-quality outstaffing, finance and HR management and consulting services.

Immergas is the holding company, exporting its products to 50 countries through 14 subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. It has been considered the most advanced heating technology since February 5, 1964 when three friends- Romano Amadei, Gianni Bacchi and Giuseppe Carra- decide to run a business in Brescello, Reggio Emilia.  Being a small workshop with a few dozen employees, it has developed and become one of the global companies. Producing the first boiler in 1965, Immergas obtained its patent in 1967.

At present, the company has 13 production lines with over 600 employees, as well as warehouses, office, training and research centres. The design and production centre of Immergas is located in Brescello (Reggio Emilia), a few meters’ distance away from the very first workshop where the three friends started their business.

The “Domus Technica” training centre and the “Laboratorium” research centre are three places where 60 experts carry out research testing and develop new designs. The main strength of Immergas is its continuous evolution by firmly developing a scientific approach in finding new solutions for the reduction of waste and the impact on the environment.

The company has been following the “Green Approach” philosophy for over 20 years. It invests in the design of evolved hybrid systems and builds electronically controlled ones offering automatic operation of condensing boilers, heat pumps, solar panels, and photovoltaic systems aiming at the reduction of consumption and harmful emissions, using alternative types of energy.

Meeting procedural standards Immergas possesses the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification confirming the Total Quality of the processes. Specialised operators in over 600 Technical Assistance Centres provide services 7 days a week in winter.

Immergas sells 60% of its products abroad, opening up to new markets, developing strong and continues business relations in new ones, including Chile, Argentina, Algeria, Tunisia, Portugal, Ireland, Holland, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Belgium, Romania, Czech Republic, Greece, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, Iran, Iraq, New Zealand and Australia.
