    Your Role

    • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
    • Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
    • Scanning/copying documents for staff;
    • Arranging daily taxi orders and making a daily log of taxi orders;
    • Archiving folders;
    • Other administrative tasks related to the Office as may be assigned by the Office Manager.

    What are we looking for?

    • Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment;
    • Professional attitude and appearance;
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
    • Customer service attitude;
    • University degree;
